TERMS OF SERVICE
By submitting an order form at the bottom of the page, clients agree to the terms and services written below. Please have a read through this page and contact me via form or Twitter / Instagram DMs if you have any questions! You can click here to open the form in separate page.
- Start with filling in my form, or contact me on Twitter / Instagram or submit inquiry via VGen. Feel free to ask and discuss to confirm things with me!
Please have your requirements ready to take a commission slot (list of items to order, image references, etc.) so I can estimate the price & time needed better for smoother process to save time for both of us. - I will review the submission and may ask some questions to confirm the requirements when I am ready to review your order.
- Once I agree to accept and start the order, I will send an invoice listing the total price to your preferred payment method.
- After payment, I will start working on the commission and share progress to check with you regularly.
Please check your message regularly to ensure a smoother process. I will keep you updated regularly to check if it is okay with you before I continue to further steps. - After final confirmation from client of the finished files, the order will be considered complete. Artist and client are allowed to post the finished work unless other terms are agreed at the start.
Revisions and changes request made 7 days after final delivery of files will be charged as new additional order subject to availability and extra charge. Please check the finished work thoroughly once sent and save the files as soon as it is sent as I may not keep all files for a long time in my storage use.
- Payment is full upfront.
Half payment can be an option only for invoice $100 and above (50% first, the rest 50% after approved sketch concept + base colors). - Payment methods:
- Please do not pay before I confirm taking your order. No refunds or cancellation after payment unless of extreme circumstances in which I am unable to complete the request.
- Additional revisions and major changes from initial quotation will be charged extra.
- Pricing licenses:
- Personal use pricing: social media post / profile picture, printing for personal use (not sold or mass produce), and indie streaming.
- Commercial use: corporate design assets, merchandise printing for sale, game assets, etc. will have different pricing – please contact me for further discussion.
- Private commission will be +100% base price for commissions which I will not post them anywhere online and I cannot use it as part of my portfolio.
- Up to 3 major revisions are allowed in sketch phase. References and specific descriptions are greatly encouraged so I can understand your request better to save time.
- Up to 3 minor revisions at coloring & lineart phase (such as color correction, slight moving of certain parts, some expression changes)
- Additional major revisions that greatly change from initial request will count as a new order subject to availability and extra fees.
Depending on commission type, revisions feedback, and complexity, it may take from 3 working days to 2-4 weeks.
Communication will be mostly done within 1-3 working days at night time in GMT+7 timezone.
Schedule and availability of each commission may vary due to changing my day work schedule.
Please check with me first for projects with specific deadline. Currently I do not accept rush orders.
Things I can DO:
- OC (Original character)
- Fanart (anime/manga/game character etc.)
- Chibi style drawing based on photo
- Simple cute styled animals drawing
- Simple frame animations and background (can check my samples)
- Specializes in cute, chibi style with soft colors
Things I DON’T work on:
- Complex outfit / backgrounds
- Mecha / robots / machine vehicles
- Furry / complex animals
- NSFW, sensitive, or gore content
- Motion graphics / complex animation
- Realism style
- Imitating or copying someone else’s style
- NFT or AI-related content
Client will receive only digital files, in raster/pixel file, not vector files.
File will be PNG/JPG for illustration, GIF for animated emote or reactive streaming set, mp4 for screen animation, PSD for separated layers file.
No physical goods or other file format to be delivered unless arranged to discuss beforehand.
Shipping printed artwork into merchandise (for example keychain, emoney card, button pins) currently can be discussed for Indonesia shipping only with additional charge. Minimum merch order quantity may apply depending on the item type.
- CREDITS: When you’re using the finished work such as posting it online in social media, credit link should be given to devonazure – you can direct the link to this page, or one of my social media (Instagram / Twitter). Do not claim or credit the artwork as your creation.
- I will still retain rights to the artwork made. I have the permission to post them in my social media/ site/ stream for portfolio use. By default, I may post the work once the final files are sent and share my work in progress through social media or my streams, unless otherwise requested from the start.
- If you don’t want me to stream the work or post the finished work online, or if you want me to post only after a certain date or keep client name anonymous, please inform me from the start. Fully private commissions I can’t use as portfolio to post will have extra charge.
- Please do not use the commission work outside the scope agreed in the order (refer to the personal use or commercial use licenses agreed).
- Do not sell the artwork to other parties or marketplace, sell the art as merchandise, use it for AI tools training, or use it for other commercial use such as NFT, unless it has been agreed by me in the initial request.
- Filling in the form does not mean your order is automatically accepted – I have the right to not take your requests I do not feel comfortable or confident with or does not fit my current workload schedule. The order list is not always first come first serve basis.
- I do not accept requests to work to imitate or change to a different style from my portfolio.
- I have the rights to work on other projects on the time between working on your commission.
- If I do not hear back from you when I send a check in to confirm the commission progress, I can decide to pause the progress to avoid miscommunication on the further work to be made.
